I have used some of the other cheaper ones – but they are really cheap and actually break very easily this one is well built and very convenient and easy to setup and use the range for home is excellent.
Superb value for money product – i’ve bought this for my deaf n mute old age uncle – it’s very helpful – battery life of remote button is too good – range between bell n remote button is also excellent – i’ve kept bell in my bedroom and kept remote button at uncle’s room – then also it catches range easily..
Awesome product, 40 different tones and can be customised with upto 8 different remotes…contacted the company and bought 5 more remotes and had different tones assigned to the remotes…works great and the range is also adequate and satisfying.
-good range -loud -great selection of customisable tunes which don’t reset on disconnecting power -multiple remotes can be connected (i ordered a second remote by emailing seller to connect to my backdoor) -ease of use- plug and play -mobility (i take the bell upstairs to my bedroom at night while it is plugged in downstairs rest of the day)
It is easy to install and useful if you have any elderly at home requiring care.

The opening of battery compartment is a bit hard but overall i am very happy with the product.
So many tune available first time i won’y able to set tune but then i hold volume button for 4 sec after beep beep sound it got pair with remote and then what bell i set it start playing nice product enough sound.
Good build quality and easy to set up.

Earlier i used the cheaper chinese products at half the price but they were flimsy, had poor range and stopped working after some time.
It needs to be plugged into an electric plug point and has no battery back up- so power cuts might be a problem.
I received the product in a damaged and broken state……
Volume is enough but may be just a little less for some elderly people with poor hearing power if behind closed door.
She needed a way to call her attendant in the house and it was frustrating to scream on the top of her voice as her room is in a corner of the house.
Pathetic battery backup. you’ll end up paying more in batteries than the actual product in a month
However the battery backup is pathetic.
Product seems ok, but the sound i was utter disappointed about…
