Coming to seller, the seller has done an excellent job in making sure that laptop looks new both in terms of look and performance.
Doesn’t operate even basic like chrome, ppt, excel.
So if you are ok with scratches and second hand product go with this.
So, all in all, this is a good value for money.
Best laptop for intel core i5.
Gets disconnected – needs to reconnect now after using for couple of months…not a great product i can say

Unfortunately, some of the key on keyboard are not working properly…have to press few times to work :( returning and asked for replacement product… part-2 received replacement in a weeks time, seller was prompt in calling and finding what was the problem.
Dvd writer not available and bluetooth-v4 also not available….i think it’s not suitable for me…. battery backup very poor and suddenly screen off automatically …worst don’t buy renewed items
