I was skeptical about the installation after reading the reviews but the installation was good without any troubles and the installation guy was great and knowledgeable.
I can not know about durability since it is only less than 6 months into operation but the heater seems like a decently sophisticated and parts seem like they can last provided the water in your area is not excessively corrosive or salty or borewell water.
V guard had good trust and popularity among our people’s.
Just go for it…helpful for small as well as family of 5 members….best brand energy efficiency you can enjoy continues shower too….time saver…..great service by v guard……
Nice product value for money worried about the free installation on seeing the reviews but we got the free installation within the said time of 48 hrs
Horrible,as a new company vguard design well,used modern technology,service & customer care respond well,bt not as quick as instant heater,it takes almost 10 min to get full hot water,which is not gd fr office people who is in hurry during the winter season,(related guaranty,warranty company said free service fr 2-3 years,on certain level which does not consist of any spare parts to change or remove frm the existing)…
Trust worthy and value for money.
Energy efficiency and cut-off at temperature is perfect.

Amazing geyser with free installation
After installation i received a message: “v-guard thanks you for giving an opportunity to service your product.
Dt.26/10/18 the customer care of v guard responded immediately from 3 levels on my review.they have sent another technician & he set the things right.thanks for their immediate response of v guard.as far as the working of heater is concerned,heating is very fast.i think,if you are a single person,can switch on heater & can start bathing.i am proud,i have taken a good decision in choosing v guard.
The product’s quality is good and looks beautiful.
Amazing geyser,heats the water very fast and keeps it heated till next day,means the insulation is also quiet good.
But installation as the company says free is not free .

After i received the product, to get serial number, there was an option for scanning we code without opening the package (many knew that if we opened the package and if it is damaged product, some might argue it’s customer fault.
Just bad service…v-guard geyser service in my city is terrible
But to the worst the website showed me error message on model number.
I was like what the hell is this.. because there was no drop down box at all.
Product is good , but worst after sale service.
Though i have no doubts about the product quality or it’s durability, i am giving 1 star immediately to the most stupid set up for registering installation.
I was forced to call a regular plumber and pay extra fitting charges to fix the pipes.
The gyser was also not installed with perfect alignment , the right hole he drilled was lower then the left and as a result the gyser is tilted slightly to the right .
To the worst of all i got the recorded message saying register in the website.
Worst service from v guard.
But worst after sale service though service centre is near by.
Lengh is more – making difficult to install in modern low roof condos
Two people visited for the installation, and one of them wen to use our family toilet without even asking .. and came out almost after 10 minutes upon exit when he saw me standing he immediately started resuming work without even washing his hands ( at this point i was already frustrated with his behaviour of not asking) so i asked him in a strict tone to wash his hands.. #2.
Servicing professionals are too dumb to understand the difference.
